DANA BASH
Former Woodley House board member, Movie Benefit emcee, and longtime supporter
We are thrilled to be honoring our friend Dana Bash with this year’s Rose Award, recognizing Dana’s dedication to Woodley House and the people we serve. She has added immeasurably to the quality of life for so many in our community.
Dana is CNN’s chief political correspondent, anchor of Inside Politics with Dana Bash weekdays at 12pm ET, and co-anchor of State of the Union with Jake Tapper and Dana Bash, the network’s Sunday morning newsmaker show. She covers both campaigns and Congress and regularly serves as a moderator for CNN’s political town hall specials and presidential debates.
Focus Features presents
CONCLAVE
Woodley House is thrilled to announce that we will be showing the new feature film, CONCLAVE, thanks to the generosity of Focus Features and the support of the Motion Picture Association.
CONCLAVE follows one of the world’s most secretive and ancient events – selecting the new Pope. Cardinal Lawrence (Ralph Fiennes) is tasked with running this covert process after the unexpected death of the beloved Pope. Once the Catholic Church’s most powerful leaders have gathered from around the world and are locked together in the Vatican halls, Lawrence uncovers a trail of deep secrets left in the dead Pope’s wake, secrets which could shake the foundations of the Church.
CONCLAVE is rated PG for thematic material and smoking.
